Forum URL: www.dodgerslist.boards.netI am trying to change the credit card on my board. It won't let me delete the old one. I went ahead and added the new one and still can't delete the old one. The old one is going to expire soon and I wanted to change cards anyway. Please go into my account and delete the 6791 and make the 4003 one active and allow overdraft - I want no ads. I've had this problem before and it is very confusing and very hard when your credit card just needs expiration date updated or to change credit cards. Please just do this for me. Hi, dodgerslist1. A card cannot be removed as long as there's a subscription tied to it. You must first cancel the existing subscriptions tied to it before you can remove it from the payment page. In the Subscriptions section on the ProBoards.com homepage the ones tied to the old card are 114635 and 102756. We cannot change your payment information on your behalf.

OK then how do I cancel the subscriptions. When I try to do that I get an error message saying I can't remove it while there are subscriptions.

Visit the ProBoards.com homepage and select Subscriptions from the Account dropdown at the top of the page. Your existing subscriptions are listed here, along with an X button to cancel them.

Thank you Think I got it done. Way too much just to change an expiration date on a credit card or change the actual credit card especially since all credit cards need the date changed.
