Ad free money taken - but no record on forum?

I paid for ad-free for May (£2.96 on 14th May), and set the service to recurring. This transaction is showing in the Ad-Free History. I have since had money for ad-free taken from my account for June (£4.64 on 4th June) - but the forum has ads again, and the transaction is not showing up in the Ad-Free History. Could someone look into this for me please?

Hi, Kalimalian.

According to Upgrades > Ad-Free you've used all 50,000 pageviews for this month. This won't show in the History tab until the month has concluded.

I'm able to see a transaction listed in your global account settings on ProBoards.com reflecting the charge.

So will this reset next month?

It's rather confusing to see stats that all say 0s allegedly for the current month, and then some stats for what was used underneath (as in screenshot).

Also there is colour coding for various states (Users, Used but will reset next month, etc.) but these colours don't seem to be used on that same page?

The statistics at the top only account for the pageviews you have marked as active.

Anything that's disabled is always reverted to gray, but there's color coding when you click on the Active checkbox next to the used pageviews to try to enable them.

Is there a way to see the actual total page views my forum got each month so I can work out how many ad free page views I need to buy? My own hit counter didn't even reach 50,000 last month so I'd be interested to see what Proboards though the forum had got for page views.

If you haven't already done so, consider not removing ads for guests.

Kalimalian , go to Admin > Marketing > Analytics. In the upper right corner of the graph is the Date Range. Just plug in the first/last day of a month and the graph and usage will display the total for that month. Do that for each month you wish to review.
