Hello. This question will be for the Admins/Mods.
I want to start that I respect your forum support and been using you from October 2016.
Now the time has come that I am planning to move to another forum or create my own website. The thing is that ProBoards is restricted and I cant to much there. Like php, customizing, etc.
So my question is, can I get access or copy of all the data from my forum? Like all the members registered, threads, posts, etc.
I just want to save it all and transfer to my new forum, when I will have it.
So is it possible? If yes, how?
Thank you

Hi, csmundum. There is no option to export a database from a ProBoards forum. Sorry!

I mean I don't think I've come across an online forum service that offers more customization than ProBoards.

Well my issue is, that ProBoards does not support PhP. + this issue that I cannot access my database. Its a bit strange, I have all the rights to do what ever I want on my forum, but I cannot copy or backup my threads and posts

You can export a copy of your own threads and posts in your global account settings, but not those authored by other users. If you want ownership of your forum's database you can create a forum on Forums.net, but you do not have the same rights to the forum database on ProBoards regardless of your ownership of the forum as you're bound by the ProBoards Terms of Service on this service.
