Profile Avatars

Especially on the support boards I see all these custom looking avatars. Such as Brian or Scott . I was wondering if there was a plugin that allowed you to do this or basically how you get those custom avatars for myself and my members?

Hi, jonboycubs.

We use a plugin to do it here, but no plugin is necessary. You can achieve a similar effect by editing the Mini-Profile layout template on your theme and making changes to the style sheet.

The only reason we use a plugin on here is so that we can have separate mini-profiles from regular users without having to add each individual one to the theme itself.

jonboycubs, since you tagged me I should clarify that while Brian uses a plugin, I don't. Mine are just created with a graphics program and then uploaded via my profile.
