Hi all,
In one of my previous questions I was figuring out that what ProBoards counts as visits at your Server Stats, may or probably be infiltrated by robots, meaning non-humans.
Which means, humans and robots are the segmented descriptions of the total aggregate number. Moving a step forward, do you truly have some sort of experience relevant with the synthesis of this? Percentages perhaps of i.e. if I have 1000 visits, how many of these are robotics?
A second question, do we everyday have visits from robots? Meaning, if this is a process of mere discovering and crawling, why should it be on the daily numbers, asking again, could you possibly know quantitatively how many of robots and humans should there be on the total dimension?
Or should I ask Quinn Mallory for it?
Looking forward for your reply!

Hi, Menelaos. Moving a step forward, do you truly have some sort of experience relevant with the synthesis of this? Percentages perhaps of i.e. if I have 1000 visits, how many of these are robotics? A second question, do we everyday have visits from robots? I don't think the average is the same for every forum. Some don't get web crawler visits as often as others. I unfortunately don't have anything accessible to me that can offer any statistics of that sort to you. Meaning, if this is a process of mere discovering and crawling, why should it be on the daily numbers, asking again, could you possibly know quantitatively how many of robots and humans should there be on the total dimension? All traffic is counted as pageviews regardless of its source because our servers had to actively serve their requests. Whether or not the traffic was human doesn't change how much work the servers have to put in.
