I want to know something: afer how many days, weeks, months or years proboard delete an inactivity forum?

Hi, Kosem. There's no set time for deletion of inactive forums as it isn't an automatic process. Mass deletion of inactive forums has only ever been done a handful of times over the course of ProBoards' lifespan and usually involves us emailing the admin of each forum well in advance letting them know how to prevent their forum from being deleted for inactivity if they wish to maintain it.

Like admin on my forum into a topic can I move a 3th, 4th, 5th etc post in a 1st place? If yes, how can I do that?

No, you cant change the order of posts in a thread. They go in order of the time they were posted.
If, however, you mean can you reorder threads on a board, yes. You could bump them and then sticky them in place.
