How do I change the colour of a link on my forum, please?

By link, I mean a link to a different site

Hi, Tim.

You can target specific URLs with CSS but there's nothing specifically made to target links that go to sites separate from your forum.

I mean if someone put a link on my forum and the link was to another forum, how do I make all link texts that are put on my forum a different colour.
