Insert a spreadsheet into post?

I have been creating a spreadsheet using google sheets that keeps track of my leagues fantasy baseball stats. I know you can create a table in a post, but I was curious if there is a way to insert or copy and paste that spreadsheet into a post instead of creating a table and having to enter all the info again after entering into the spreadsheet?

Ok, I am digging this very much, thank you

Now if I could just figure out how to get the 2018 stats to update automatically but not sure anything can be done about that and if it can probably not by this forum. However the fact that I can now do this is very cool. Thank you for doing this.
