Email adress not accepted

Hi,

I have just had a report that a new member is trying to sign up to my forum but the email is not being accepted.

I know his email account is with yahoo.com  Is there any reason this would cause an issue?

Please can the support let me know if there is any issue that could cause this error.

Hi, zannu.

Yahoo is an acceptable email domain (example screenshot showing a Yahoo address having been accepted). What's the exact error text they're receiving?

The user in question should also ensure there aren't any spaces or extraneous characters being included alongside their email address.

Thank you, I will go back and get them to check they are doing it right. I just wanted to check there would not be anything that should be causing the issue from your end.

Thank you, I will go back and get them to check they are doing it right. I just wanted to check there would not be anything that should be causing the issue from your end.

There shouldn't be. The screenshot I provided was taken right before I responded, so I can confirm without a doubt that Yahoo emails are working at this time.

Looks like he has now joined the forum so must have got it to work.
