I remember getting a private message from an admin asking me if I'd allow my designs to be used as examples on Forums.net. I cannot find the message right now... but I said yes only if I got credit. My designs as well as Alisha 's and I believe Smangii 's are being used without credit. forums.net/product |

Hi @khristian,
I spent some time investigating this and have an email from Alisha granting us permission. There was no mention of credit in the email. I'm assuming David had similar conversations with you and Smangii but I'm unable to locate them.
Since I cannot locate these emails, if you would like the images with your themes removed, please let me know what images are yours and I'll have them removed. If anyone else who has themes appear would like them to be removed, they simply need to reach out via PM and I'll be happy to help.

As previously stated we will be removing the images.
Due to your implications regarding the handling of the images I wanted to fully investigate this to ensure our policies were correctly followed.
During the course of investigation we located the email where you agreed to share the images of the themes, without credit, in exchange for some ad-free pageviews.
We understand that your wishes may have changed, so we still plan on removing the images during our next push.

Thank you. I am aware of that email. I told VS Admin via PM that I was not content with the ad-free exchange. It doesn't make any sense to exchange a limited ad-free deal for the permanent display of designs. When I agreed to the exchanged, I did not care too much about copyright or the long term. I simply was flattered to have my designs featured, however being that Forums.net benefits from an exchange I no longer benefit from I no longer feel positive about the exchange. Michael , they have not been removed. In fact the three remaining designs on the products page are all my designs. I left screenshots in my previous post of the exact designs that are mine. Hi @khristian ,
Looks like the Cloudflare caching layer was holding onto the images set as 1, 2, and 3 in the list. It should be displaying correctly now as we cleared out the cache.
You may want to do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) if it still shows the old images to you as you may have them cached as well.
