Switching from Desktop back to mobile site on a phone

One of my members can't get back to the Mobile Site even after logging off and back on again. This usually works for me, so have run out out of suggestions.
Is there a link to the Mobile Site please?

Hi, vanwoman.

The setting to switch back and forth between the mobile and desktop version of the forum is determined by the assignment of a session cookie to the browser rather than visiting a specific link.

Have them try closing the browser completely, then opening it again. This should hopefully remove the cookie as their session will have expired.

I'm pretty sure he logged off but came back to the Desktop site when he logged in again.

Regardless, I would suggest explicitly closing the browser if the browser they're using normally defaults to the mobile version.

The forum will remain on the desktop version of the forum if either the browser cookie is still in place or their browser/device combination isn't being recognized as a mobile device.

vanwoman, while in the desktop view on a mobile device at the very bottom of the forum page should be a link to "Switch to Mobile Version".

It was previously hidden on your forum due to the color of your links. I added CSS affecting just that link to the default theme so it will be visible again.
