Forum URL: aerogardenaddicts.com I have added a cname for www.aerogardenaddicts.com point to the aerogardenaddicts.proboards.com and that works fine. However, when I try to log into the forum, it redirects to aerogardenaddicts.com/ and since you cannot have a cname on the apex of the domain and Id do not want to have my DNS hosted on clourflair, can you fix it so all links in my forum are with the www?

CNAME does make it to cloudflare otherwise the error would not come from cloudflare so clourflare seems to be the current cause of my cname entry not working
I am not using Cloudflare.

Hi, BusyMother. Your CNAME needs to be pointed towards the following URL in order to work, not your forum's URL:

That should be fixed now. I went to Settings > Forum Settings > Navigation and made it use a relative URL so it uses whichever domain you're currently on.

One last question Where are the DNS records? I know that on our end they are fine so is it on your side or cloudfkare? Just wondering . When I use aerogardenaddicts.com I still get the DNS error

We're monitoring your domain's DNS records.
The non-www version of your domain doesn't work because you haven't pointed the root of your domain towards the CNAME. Domains treat www and non-www differently (www is technically treated like a subdomain).

I am sorry for all the questions, is there a way to fix the non www without going thru Cloudflare?

If your domain does not support using a CNAME pointed at the root of the domain you'll have to configure your DNS through Cloudflare.
