Editing Calendar Template to Display Old Calendar

I'm trying to essentially "trick" the calendar widget into thinking it's the same day, only 16 years prior. Is this possible? I believe I may have found where I would do that in the calendar template, but I'm not entirely sure.

The only solution I can think of is someone could create a Javascript code to change the year after the page loads, assuming you still want the calendar dates to coincide with present time.
