You would need a plugin or a code to accomplish this.

However please note that autoplaying music is widely considered to be more intrusive than entertaining.

Does a music player automatically play music for every user?

It depends on what you use. I don't think all of them do.

I'm not referring to any specific music player so I don't have an answer to that. You would need to search for one online and see what works for you.
