Stop members deleting own posts

Is there a way to stop members deleting own posts? Someone posted a topic, it was replied to then the OP deleted their posts so the thread now reads weird due to deleted content.

There's no feature built into the forum software that prevents users from deleting content they've posted. Sorry.

ktforums , you can use this plugin to discourage deletions and/or editing, however it only works for those on the desktop version. Mobile users are not affected.

That won't stop an entire post deletion though, will it?

ktforums, yes you can adjust the plugin's settings to disable deletions, but as Dante stated, this will only affect those using the desktop version.

Well, there’s still the Tapatalk loophole, as plugins don’t have any effect on the app.

And good thing, too, because I often find typos here that I've missed when it's too late to correct them any other way. Tapatalk is how I get around that.

Though I know a lot of admins don't like the 'mess' that deleting can leave, if someone wants to delete their stuff it's their right to do so, in my opinion.
