Needing help with this i can't even fix it up where the CBOX, INFO, STAFF, UPDATES Or LINKS are at and i have no clue where to find them at so i can do it.

Content that came with the theme and is visible on every page of the forum is typically located in Themes > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper. You'll find a comment indicating where the code begins around line 70.

He is giving the steps to go to find what you need. You go in the ADMIN area then go to THEMES and then find LAYOUT TEMPLATES and in that click on FORUM WRAPPER. That is where the coding is for you to edit, takeout or whatever you need/want.

That is where the coding is placed.  When I code I use the comments a lot so when I go back to it, I know what section, when edited or version or whatever I want to note. Some theme creators use comments so they know what it is in place. I use it for either CSS or HTML/JS section. That is maybe what the creator for the theme you are using uses. Usually keywords (as I look at your board) would be CBOX, STAFF, etc. including other things.

I got it i am just trying to get the photo to fit where the staff member is at.
