Messages/Conversations tab issues

This page is the conversations/messages tab of a forum I am a part of and whenever I click it, it takes me to a blank white page. I have to edit and put the number of the conversation (e.g. conversation/20) in order to find a message, and this can become tedious.

Is there a way to fix this?

Has this coincided with a change at all on the forum, for example to the templates, or plugns?

I don't think so. Other people had said they had it too but nobody has seemed to mention it for a while by this point.

You have a couple of plugins which affect the PMs/conversations. Could you try temporarily disabling those and see if the problem remains with them disabled.

airrifle4894, this is being caused by the PM Read Receipts plugin.

I'm not really familiar with what you mean. Do you mean a plugin to do with the forums itself? I've asked some people and the issue only appears to be affecting me now for some reason. :/

The plugin that Scott named is one that the staff of that forum have installed. The issue you're describing is being caused by that plugin. The admin of the forum would likely need to disable the plugin to prevent the issue from happening on your end.
