1. No, sorry.
2. There's plans for 2FA but whether or not they'll be released with v6 immediately, before, or after is not something I know. It's definitely something planned though. If 2FA is brought on I'm not sure they'll segment it between staff non/staff but it'd be a cool feature (:

I like the idea of being able to force anyone in a staff group to use 2fa.
