The reply button is .reply_button (1235 in your CSS) or $[reply_button] in your layout templates (Thread template).

If you want to change the styling (not the spelling of the word 'reply'), I think the easiest way would be to use the Visual Editor. The arrows indicate the words that need to be clicked to expand the necessary sections. The box indicates the controls that are available. (Massively long pic inside spoiler.) EDIT: I just noticed I had forgoten to indicate with an arrow, a click on the word Containers.That should work unless you've already edited the Style Sheet to the point where those links from the Visual Editor have been overwritten or have placed styling for the reply button later in the style sheet ( or if you have a style section in one of your headers or in a plugin that's causing an effect after the Style Sheet has it's way. If you're unsuccessful, search for the following string in your Style Sheet: .container > .title-bar > .controls li a, .container > .title-bar > .controls li div If you see more than one instance of that string, look at the one nearest the bottom of the sheet. The complete section should look something like this: .container > .title-bar > .controls li a, .container > .title-bar > .controls li div { color: @title_buttons_color; background-color: @title_buttons_background_color; background-image: @title_buttons_background_image; background-attachment: @title_buttons_background_attachment; background-repeat: @title_buttons_background_repeat; background-position: @title_buttons_background_position; font: @title_buttons_font; text-decoration: @title_buttons_decoration; height: 30px; line-height: 30px !important; padding: 0 10px; }
.container > .title-bar > .controls:hover li a, .container > .title-bar > .controls:hover li div { color: @title_buttons_hover_color !important; background: @title_buttons_hover_background; font: @title_buttons_hover_font; text-decoration: @title_buttons_hover_decoration !important; }
The first section styles the button, the second alters the styling on mouseover. In this particular case, all the variables (@) which allow the Visual Editor to do its thing are intact. If your Style Sheet has actual values rather than variables, then you'll need to enter them in manually.

@majority, what Retread said is correct. I would also like to add that the @ variables also affect the color settings in the color & theme creator settings. You can find the settings to change the reply button colors in your admin panel > themes > color & theme creator > make sure the current theme is on the one you want to change > scheme > customize color > color settings are located under title bars.

Brilliant! In most cases that would be far easier if the desire was to just change the color and background color. But I just realized you and I might both be heading down an unproductive path. There seems to be a huge change in the way ' Create Thread' is displayed in Board and the related CSS. If @majority 's end goal is to make the reply button the same, perhaps we should look at how that is being accomplished? What say you, @majority ? Are you intending for the Reply button to have the same look as Create Thread?

and, actually, I am planning to change the "Create Thread" look; so I'll make it look like the Reply buttons.
Thank you so much for all the help, guys!! One last question: Is it possible to change the text for Create a Thread and the Reply ?

@majority, The easiest way to do that would probably be with the Easy Text Switcher plugin.
