Forum URL: nawc.boards.netI've researched how I'm supposed to be able to remove a user from an administrator position. The user in question is 'justin'.
I'm an administrator but not the Admin user. Admin asked me to take care of this because he's not very tech-y.
When I go to his groups tab, it lists him as an administrator and staff, and I have no options to change his user rights.
When I go to Edit Profile/Staff Options, I get a list of his groups along with a button labled Manage Groups. But when I click on it, it bounces me back to his Groups tab - where like I said I can't change anything.

Hi It sounds like you have not been assigned the power to edit groups. This would need to be a setting that the main admin changes, unless you have access to the Member Groups section in the admin area?
