I thought I was being clear as possible but I obviously failed so let's start from the beginning.
The reason the plugin is not working is because it needs to compare the date of creation (aka $[post.created]) against the last edit date (aka $[post.edited.date]), we don't change those variables, they are correctly outputting the proper dates. Whoever created that theme (for some reason I thought it was you) decided to remove the class from the creation date and replace it with their own made up class "posted-on". The plugin does not know "posted-on" it knows "date".
The task at hand was to add that "date" class back in (shown as red in my original post) to the class of the span in that yellow line so the plugin can once again distinguish between which date is creation versus some other date. All dates look the same from a HTML perspective, we need that class to determine what this date represents.
I'm at fault for overestimating your comfort level with doing this and since I am not able to go into your admin panel (don't offer) and change it let's just wait for an admin. The dates on the forum still look good so I will assume those changes you made were via preview and not actually saved.

Yeah, I have absolutely no experience with coding of these sorts outside of simply customizing the forum theme (wonderfully created by Elli) which I probably should have mentioned earlier. In any case, I finally figured out what you were trying to say, so thank you so much! The plug-in now works properly :)
