I am not computer savvy enough to know how to code, so I'm hoping that one of you could help me out. I would like to make my nagivation bar look similar to the Proboards Support navigation bar. Just like "Create a Forum" is colored orange, I would like a button colored magenta. I like the orange lines on the navigation bar and everywhere else, and would like to do the same on my forum (in a different color). Could anyone explain to me how to do that? Also, rather simple question - I can't figure out how to resize my background image so that it fills the entire page without repeating. Would anyone be able to help me with this? I attached the background to this post. Thank you! Attachments:

Most of this should be able to be accomplished using the Visual Editor: Go to Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS, Visual Editor There is a preview window that will show you changes as you make them. This is a good place to start so you get familiar with the various settings and what areas of the forum they affect. (Note, the grayed out items can still be adjusted. They only appear grayed out if the affected item is not visible in the preview window. I'm assuming you uploaded your image to: Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS, Visual Editor, then Forum > Background > Background Image. In that same section set the Background Attachment to 'Fixed' and the Background Repeat to 'No Repeat'. Save changes, then click on the Style Sheet tab. Scroll to the very bottom of the CSS and on a new line add this: body { background-size: cover; } Again save changes and you should be all set.

Scott, thank you for your comprehensive response! I have been using the Visual Editor extensively, but I don't see any options to add lines or make only one tab a different color.

Hi Is it possible to get a link to your forum so we can see the edits you have already made.
