I originally had thought about asking for everyone's favorite TV show. However, that sent me down the rabbit hole and I wanted to know would that be the one you took if you were going to be alone the rest of your life with just one TV show to watch. So now...
1. What is your favorite TV show? 2. If you could only pick one TV show forever, which one would it be and why?

I'd probably go with The Simpsons (restricted to just the first 9 or 10 seasons, of course), just because the 200+ episodes would provide more variety. Most other shows I like either ended or got stale after 100 episodes or fewer. Honorable mentions: 30 Rock, Arrested Development, Community, The Office (US), Parks & Rec, Twin Peaks. But The Office is the only one that reaches the point of having 100+ episodes during its best era, and The Simpsons doubles that.

I feel like the shows I keep finding myself rewatching easily are The Office (US), The IT Crowd, and recently, Derry Girls. For longevity, The Office would make sense to watch for eternity as it has the most episodes, but out of those 3 series, The IT Crowd is probably my favourite.

Watching the same show, or series, over and over and over again and again for eternity would drive me bat crazy, and I don't want to go through eternity stark raving crazy.
No show for me!

I have had a lot over the years but there would only be 3 really...
1. Star Trek - The Next Generation 2. Alf 3. Third Rock from the Sun
As I said there has been lots but the 3 above I could watch them shows over and over again.

I love the show CHUCK and I watch it once a year in its entirety. But it's only 91 episodes. For eternity, I would try to cheat and say the STARGATE franchise. That's three shows of over 300 episodes and a variety of characters. If only one, probably the original franchise because it's over 200 episodes. Being stranded for eternity with only one show would probably make me watch less.

That's why I picked the longest running nature show. If I got tired of it, I could turn off the sound and still have beautiful images of nature. So, if you were going to be alone, you'd only want the sound of your own thoughts. Now THAT'S scary!

1. What is your favorite TV show? All in the Family and for me personally, that's a lead-pipe cinch. It was landmark television. It re-shaped the public consciousness in a way that wasn't preachy. 2. If you could only pick one TV show forever, which one would it be and why? I'm gonna game the system on this one ... Prize Movie with Rita Bell. During her 18-year run, she hosted over 6000 movies, so I won't be limited to watching one set of characters. If that's too clever, then maybe The Twilight Zone? idk. Forever is a loooong time. Maybe I should read those books for which I never had time instead, since there will be "Time Enough at Last".

She never tires of that and it's got quite a few episodes as well.

I'd be happy with one of the following:
The Office (US) House Scrubs The IT Crowd
If I was to choose, then The Office.
