Embedding Youku Videos

A few members have asked me how they can embed videos from the Chinese video site Youku (very similar to YouTube). I have searched endlessly online and it appears to be very possible but it's simply been impossible for me to figure it out. The regular share features don't work and even when I try to manually add an embed code nothing works. There must be a way. Any advice?

It may not be possible to embed videos from there.  Do you have a link to the video you are trying to embed.

I can embded the video on a custom page but not in a regular post unfortunately.

Unfortunately, the best i can do is mark this as a feature request to hopefully get the support added for that site. It is worth checking back in case someone has an idea for a workaround. Sorry i couldn't provide a more preferable response.
