hey,
so I am having difficulty setting up an account for a member. She is not able to, so I am setting it up for her. When I create an account, I fill out the necessary info. When I get to the final step, with the user name accepted and agreed to terms of service, I click 'continue' and nothing happens

You cannot make an account for someone else. This is a violation of the PB TOS — every user MUST agree to the terms of service on their own volition otherwise the agreement is null and void. If this person cannot physically manage setting up an account, you should facilitate a discussion between her and PB staff. Otherwise, if she needs assistance, you can play the intermediary and relay what she's struggling with. As far as the account creation issue, check to make sure any ad blockers are turned off and try again. If they are off / you don't use an adblocker, stick around for a PB admin to look into it. Office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm pacific (-8gmt).

herbi , I would like to add that when registering an account the user not only agrees to our Terms of Service (TOS), but also our Privacy Policy. It is required that each new user reads and agrees to both. If the user you are assisting is having an issue with the process (e.g. they are receiving errors) then we will be happy to help get that sorted. If there is a different type of issue, then please feel free to PM myself or Michael .
