This post assumes that the plugin is open source and generating this kind of help in the absence of the plugin creator Ulises is OK to do. I sincerely do not want to step on any toes so please tell me immediately if this isn't cool and I'll delete it - or an admin can go ahead and delete it please. The widget that is used by the Cloudinary File Upload v1.2.0 plugin has been updated by Cloudinary and they sent out a rather ominous note to users which includes everyone on my forum who has signed up for a Cloudinary account, letting us know about the update and that the previous version has been deprecated. Here is the relevant discussion on the plugin help page: support.proboards.com/thread/642470/cloudinary-file-upload?page=4As noted, when we tried to go into the plugin code and make the change to v2.0 the plugin still works to upload the photo to Cloudinary but it fails to generate bbcode and plug it into the post - so obviously we're missing something in the interface. Here is the link to Cloudinary's guide to upgrading: support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009420291-How-To-Migrate-To-The-Upload-Widget-v2-0If anyone can help with this please let us know what to do. I would not be against paying for the help if we can achieve success.

So the issue is that the data in the callback has completely changed. In fact the way the plugin handles the error status check is broken as well. I've applied a quick fix for now, though it probably needs better handling in the callback as they have different event codes now. I just checked for when the queue had ended which seems to work. Peter thank you so much for doing this. I hit a super busy patch of work this week so I haven't had time to test it yet but I didn't want your efforts to seem ignored. Thank you again.

View AttachmentPeter, other than a slightly different reaction from my Chrome extension Ghostery, this is definitely working so thank you. If you have no objections I will post your quick fix in the official plugin help thread. When you say the error status check is broken, and needs better handling in the callback, is this something you could or would want to handle? It's all greek to me unfortunately. My offer above of compensating someone for their time was sincere - send me a PM if so. Thanks again, Tommy

Feel free to share it in the official thread.
Unfortunately I am completely out of action. My laptop died last week and can't afford to buy a new one, so I have no way to code anything for quite some time.

Hi Peter I'm wondering if you are back online and willing to take a look at this again. I tested your fix file again and now it is causing a major problem so I had to roll back v1.2 which is about to stop working at the end of the month. The problem is the board hangs up and doesn't load pages and shows the following 'working' message:

branjita , Peter 's v1.3 worked fine when I first tested it on my test site but it is now causing the board to hang and not load pages on both my test site and my real site. I'm wondering if you experienced this? I have also sent Peter a note in the other thread that you posted. Sorry for the slow response with an update but with Peter's latest update (Cloudinary File Upload v1.3.0.pbp) I removed it and reinstalled it and whatever was causing the screen to hang went away and we are successfully using the Cloudinary widget v.2 now.
