Search function not working - Reindex?

We use the search function quite often on our board to track down the right threads and previous comments, but it has not been working properly recently. Search results are incomplete and sometimes do not work at all.

We're having similar issues to a few recent threads I've read on here (see below) and it seems our board is in need of a reindexing.
