The only popup that should be appearing on my new forum is the welcome message I created to encourage people to join. Can someone please design a plugin that blocks unauthorized popups?

If this is in relation to your thread in the Support board, then it is a legal requirement for people in the EU to see the popup.  |

In addition: no, we cannot make a plugin that blocks popups — if the pop-ups are from ads, then they need to be reported and blocking them prevents that. If they're from ProBoards as part of official messaging, we cannot interfere with that process without violating developer guidelines and/or ToS.
