Popups on one forum

I cant access the forum I want to register. It's the only one on proboards with this issue

I said accept 27 times. I cant register or do anything because it wont go away. I clicked once on support and it was gone.

I tested this out with a VPN to replicate the location and have not experienced any issues.

When this popup appears all it is doing is setting a cookie. If you keep seeing the popup it's usually either the browser not saving the cookie or use of a VPN dumps the cookie and does not save it. I would look into both of those things as possible sources of your issue.
