Why are padlocks appearing in boards?

Why padlocks have appeared in all of a sudden which means colleagues can't access the information to post a reply in Luddington Parish Council's Proboard account?

As the (new) Clerk, I've only been adding links to google docs so that people can access reports, do you think that this may have created an issue?

An example, the 'Planning Applications' board sub-heading: 'Removed address' its locked as are some others which I don't think I've touched.

If you can help or point me in the right direction I'd be grateful.

Hi

If you are referring to the padlock icon that shows alongside topic titles, this means that the topic has been locked. Anyone with moderator powers within the board can lock a topic.

To lock/unlock the topic, click on the Actions drop down menu at the top of the topic and then Moderate > Lock/Unlock.
