Hi everyone,
I'm looking into the "Disable account" option to learn more about how to best use it.
Once an account is disabled (and forgotten), where can I find a list of disabled account to enable it again, without going to check every single account? Can't find anything in Admin section (I'm not the user#1 of the board)
I know how to modify template of Members page to show Disable status and timestamp, I'm trying to see if there is any native options already available in Proboards.
Thank you for your guidance!

Hey frogs The best i could recommend doing would be to create a hidden group, and when you disable an account put the member in that group. You can view all members in a group, so that can provide you with a list of the disabled accounts.

Thank you Craig!
I had hope it could be less tedious to do. Manually add/remove to member group could be time consuming and rely on whether the Staff in charge remembers to do so.
I can't seem to find any record of member being disabled and for how long. Security Log only show "Edited staff options for user A."
Still not sure under which circumstances I would need to use it on my forum though.

If it helps, you could ask your other staff members to make a note of the date the account was disabled in the Staff Notes on the staff options page. Only other staff can view those notes, so you don't have to worry about the member seeing them. The ability to disable the account is just a different way of banning, essentially. But it can have added purposes, for example, some people used to ask for their access to their account to be locked for a certain amount of time, and this is when the disable option came in handy.
