Not as much as I wish I could. My health sucks (chronic stuff, not due to lack of exercise) so I'm limited, but I do stretches daily and minor exercises when I can. Before this I feel like I exercised enough for a lifetime. Between gymnastics training and sports and everything, it was hours of workouts and training for hours every single day. I wish I could be doing that instead!

I'm 65 years old and still exercise every day.
I'm also a roller rink DJ twice a week as a hobby and can skate quite well.
I live on a ranch so walking long distances is a daily occurrence.

3-4 days a week of weightlifting. I go for walks and also use a rower some days depending on how I feel on my 'recovery days.'

I'm considering getting a gym membership so that I have access to the weights and equipment. I'm sort of intimidated because I feel like I wouldn't know what proper forms are. I'd hate to injure myself. But working with a trainer seems so intimidating in itself. (...and expensive) What would you recommend for newbies?

I don't exercise as much as I should, what I should do today is go for a walk.

What will you do once Elon Musk's neuralink is available and you can "think" it and not have to type it?

3-4 days a week of weightlifting. I go for walks and also use a rower some days depending on how I feel on my 'recovery days.' I need to do more strength training. Sorry for the very late response, I don't check notifications on here too much!
Start off very light or with no weight and work on your form before moving up in weights. Body weight exercises is pretty good for getting started, I think. Also, it's important to know when and how to breathe during exercises, so I'd read up on that, too!
You might be able to find videos online to get an idea of routines. If you're going to a gym, then I'd get a trainer for a bit to watch you and make sure you're doing things correctly before going on your own (I have my SO to watch me), but you can also record yourself at first to compare to what you see in videos.
I have a bad back, so I have to be extra careful not to irritate my old injury. I increase my weights very minimally, and if my back flares up, then I go back down and almost start over and work my way up.
You can do squats with weights.. that's relatively safe and easy. Deadlifts is something you'd want to make sure you are doing properly for sure before using heavy weights. There's also dumbbell rows. You'd mainly want to choose exercises that focus on muscles you want to work on.. and if you have any problem areas, then avoid anything that may put strain on those.
