If the pandemic has taught me anything is that you can always make time for exercise. At minimum I try to do at least 30 minutes of walking around the neighborhood. If I have to stay indoors due to bad weather I tend to turn to yoga or HIIT workout. When I’m feeling really unmotivated I put on a Zumba video on YouTube or pop in a fitness game like Boxing or Ring on the Nintendo switch to trick myself and still get exercise into my day.
How much and what do you do for exercise?

I walk to and from work, but it’s not far enough to be significant exercise. I do a short run (2-3.5km) on a weeknight evening and then do parkrun (5km) on Saturday mornings. I’m very, very slow but parkrun is such an inclusive event and I love that it doesn’t matter if you finish in 15 minutes or an hour (I’m around 42 minutes at the moment). Highly recommend it to anyone who has one locally. I know there are some in the US but it’s not as widespread as it is here and in Australia and South Africa.

During the height of the pandemic, I was doing five to six days a week. Then it was around 3-4. Now, it's as I see the need or if I want to do something different. I still walk and such a lot as well as watch what I eat, but not to the extent I was. I need the motivation of lockdown apparently.

I play beach volleyball once or twice a week and I try to run once or twice a week (only 5k or so). If possible, i'll also get a walk of about 7 miles in on a weekend.
I'm doing Tough Mudder again in a few weeks, so I need to get moving on that.

I walk for at least two (separate) hours a day. Evening and very early morning. Because of old injuries there's a blood flow problem to my calf muscle so it's more of a limp with frequent stops. Oddly enough I've benefitted from the pandemic. The nightclub's have been shut so a 4am walk through town is actually quite pleasant.

Oddly enough I've benefitted from the pandemic. The nightclub's have been shut so a 4am walk through town is actually quite pleasant. A couple of years ago I would have thought that was crazy to spend that much time on walking but I read what you said now and I’m actually quite envious haha I would love to be able to walk twice a day for that length of time. The half hour I take now allows me to take the time to listen to my audiobook or depending on time of day catch up with family or friends as I take that time to get a casual phone call in. I try to take frequent walks and use the Max Trainer I have at home. I’m not familiar with Max Trainer, is that a program or equipment? I play beach volleyball once or twice a week and I try to run once or twice a week (only 5k or so). If possible, i'll also get a walk of about 7 miles in on a weekend. I'm doing Tough Mudder again in a few weeks, so I need to get moving on that. That’s awesome! I haven’t looked into Tough Mudder but sounds like fun! I’m training to do a half marathon this coming December. I’m such a slow runner but I’ve come to enjoy it. My goal is to finish the race without any injuries. 😊 During the height of the pandemic, I was doing five to six days a week. Then it was around 3-4. Now, it's as I see the need or if I want to do something different. I still walk and such a lot as well as watch what I eat, but not to the extent I was. I need the motivation of lockdown apparently. Haha! I know exactly what you mean! I used to schedule regular tennis with my friends but that’s come to a halt since everything started opening back up. I walk to and from work, but it’s not far enough to be significant exercise. I do a short run (2-3.5km) on a weeknight evening and then do parkrun (5km) on Saturday mornings. I’m more familiar with the terms 5k, 10k, etc. I’ve never participated in any of those but I imagine I will start doing so in the new year. I am doing a half marathonin a few months so I’ve been actively trying to get conditioned for that.

It’s a free thing in parks across the world every Saturday morning. More of a focus on community and fitness for the sake of fun rather than competitive racing.

The wife and I try to do DDP Yoga at least three times a week. Great for folks who have bad backs. Still get a great work out, heart rate up, burn calories, but very low impact.

Right now, none. Hyperemesis gravidarum stops most activity haha
Before this bundle of joy, I was doing yoga with my daughter every morning, small exercises throughout the day (any time I had a few moments with otherwise nothing to do. Waiting for stuff to go off in the microwave, brushing my teeth, etc etc) and I would take my kids to the park 2-3 times a week and run the track while they play.
