Depends on the time of year. Spring, autumn I am a hiking machine- I'll do 10 mile hikes up the Appalachian mountains and camp out along the way with my backpacking gear. Winter, summer I get seasonal depression and stay in the house earing like crap, drinking, smoking, playing video games, and not much else. Right now, my first hike of the season is planned for tomorrow - it will be 81°F which is the warmest temp since like maybe Sep or Oct 2021. I'm excited for it even though it will be an easy one, just to ease back into it.
My wife and I tried to do Planet Fitness throughout the winter after work, but we were just not motivated enough to keep up with ot after 8-9 hours of the job, then having to cook dinner etc.

I exercise everyday with learned physical therapy exercises in the home. I go to the gym to workout with the machines and treadmill 3 times per week. I walk the dogs each day, except inclement weather. It definitely helps physically and mentally to keep me going. Helps me to be happy.

If the pandemic has taught me anything is that you can always make time for exercise. At minimum I try to do at least 30 minutes of walking around the neighborhood. If I have to stay indoors due to bad weather I tend to turn to yoga or HIIT workout. When I’m feeling really unmotivated I put on a Zumba video on YouTube or pop in a fitness game like Boxing or Ring on the Nintendo switch to trick myself and still get exercise into my day. How much and what do you do for exercise? Usually I do nothing. Hahaha, I won't lie. However, my job requires me to walk on average around 11k steps per day, so I usually try to walk about 20k per day to keep my step up. However, I am happy with my weight, I just do it so I ensure I maintain my weight.. I eat FAR too much..
