Pen and paper sure but I'm curious what people still use that are actually physical to remind them of things or entertainment that's not just a smartphone or computer. Maybe something like a calendar or physical cds still?

I have a physical calendar in my bedroom and office. I've never used the calendar on any phone.
I'm more inclined to use a crank flashlight I have than the light on my phone.
I have a landline phone.
I use a fax machine.
I have penpals and I write their letters by hand.
I collect Hanson CDs. I don't play them though.
I go shopping in person.
I write all of my diaries by hand. I taught myself to write with my opposite hand so that I have a backup.
I use FM radio if that counts.

I use my iPhone very little.
I have a landline, I still read paper books from the library, I have a calendar that hangs on my fridge and I record important events on it. In one of my cars, I listen to CDs in it only. I don't use Alexa or any other type of item like such. I can go on, but why...I've always said I was a Luddite or maybe Amish lol!

Honestly the only thing I can think of is that I have an actual calendar, but only because someone buys me one every year at Christmas. I have to hand write some notes at work occasionally, but most writing I do will be typed. I read on my Kindle. I do 90% of my shopping (including groceries) online. I don’t own anything with a CD or DVD drive anymore. I don’t have a smart home yet, but it’s in the long term plans for our house, so no Alexa or Siri or anything yet. I don’t really use Siri as much as I could on my existing devices either.

Maybe something like a calendar or physical cds still? I kind of use a Calendar. I have one hanging on my wall but I don't actually write on it or cross off the days. LOL. I do use CDs from time to time. I prefer actual books over the digital ones. I journal by hand. I pen pal but I print the letters out since my handwriting is awful now. I have a planner where I write my mom's appointments that I need to keep track of.

I used to keep a yearly planner at my desk to keep track of events and dates, but switched to using my phone's calendar where I can easily sync important events with my partner. He never wanted to go upstairs to my desk to check for an event lol.
Otherwise, paper books are the only physical item that I use regularly. The smell + texture are too good to give up, and they never need recharging. I have a nice little personal library in one of my closets.
My laserjet printer has integrated fax, but it occurs to me that my house isn't wired for landline, so that feature is useless!

I use physical calendars still, even though I have the option to do it digitally. I still watch a lot of TV shows by DVD, even though I have Netflix and other digital streaming apps to also watch TV with. I use physical calculators, although half the time I do use the one on my iPhone. I still listen to a lot of CD's even though I have the option to start buying them digitally via iTunes. I still use a physical address book to keep track of family members' addresses (would much rather do it this way than online). So I haven't quite left the 2000's era yet.

Oh I forgot about my DVD's to many of my beloved shows never made it to streaming status, so if I want to watch them it's DVD for me! (At least it isn't video!)
I don't think I will ever leave the late 1900's but then again, I'm old.

I don't think it's a bad way to go. After all, VHS and DVD are part of media history and some movies from both have never made it to streaming services. I also don't believe that DVD's are as obsolete as the new generation that have just entered their 20's will have you believe. I'm 32 and I still believe DVD's are still watched by many, many people throughout our world.

Just a few off the top of my head I still:~ Shred my cheese (as in bought blocks from the store - I don't have the cow & actually make the cheese) ~ Grow lots of my own veggies (as opposed to buying them from the bins)~ Wash my own truck (no auto or self serve car washes for me)~ Speed up past fast food joints & cook from home (I can kill myself by myself fast enough thank you)
~ Use a paper calendar - Make notes on scratch paper not in a smart phone (They got enough on me already)
~ Type on this here computer from the 2010's (Yea, you say - but, it's still a computer.) Have you/are you actually using a computer over 10 years old (You'll get it then - lol) "Buy Another!!" Ok family... Um. No. I could go on all day~ (Which means I am a retailers worst nightmare)

I use CDs and vinyl records on the regular (daily). The sound quality is far superior to streaming Spotify over Bluetooth.

Most everything I use is digital. But sometimes a pen and paper is good to use for quick notes when I don't feel like taking my phone out and pen and paper is nearby for whatever reason.
Otherwise, digital life has consumed me. I still have DVD's/Blu-rays, and a DVD/BRay player, but I re-bought most of my movies on Prime, or watch it on HBO Max if they're on there. Most of my music was digitized from CD's to my iPod 2nd gen a very long time ago, then that broke. Went to Pandora, then eventually Spotify the last 6 years.
I can't stand not having everything digital anymore. VHS was annoying to always have to wait 5 minutes or so to rewind. DVD's scratch and start skipping, same with Game CD's, etc.
Camping was mentioned, and I guess that would be it since digital fire isn't the same as actual fire. lol.

I have a cabinet full of blu-rays and even regular DVDs...haven't used any of them in I don't even know how long. A few of them are relics of my past, like the Chamber of Secrets DVD I have- I'll never get rid of that. But some of these random used blu-rays I've acquired...they can go right in the trash and I wouldn't even notice
