I still received a security warning from my ISP. I'm letting you know in case you require anything further or if I can be of further assistance. If I try to access: login.proboards.com/login/1
I still receive: Thank you for the update! We're still working on finding out where the issue upstream from the ISPs is. Most seem to have removed us from block lists already but issues continue to persist.
Let me know when you find out more. I don't expect to hear from GData directly.

I wasn't sure about making a big post including a bunch of different ISPs would be the best move as I would probably end up listing a bunch that don't have any issues. If someone has an ISP that they're not sure how to report to, I am happy to find out that information for them, please just let me know. For Comcast/Xfinity it seems that spa.xfinity.com/report is the place to go to for reporting false positives for SSL blocking issues specifically. Let me know if there's anything I can do with Optimum Online. Their customer service representatives aren't qualified to handle such requests.

That is extremely strange because the images are not only the same but they're stored at the same URL. Judging from that this is almost certainly related. I will pass this information on regardless and thank you for letting us know!

Michael, I refreshed the page this morning at 9:04 Eastern and the images returned. Another thing to note is that while the images were down, the black background behind the white text saying "Categories & Boards" was also missing. All I saw was white text on a different shade of white/grey background. The black background also returned. I refreshed the page at 9:06 Eastern to see if things were back for good, and they all disappeared again.
