if i move posts, they become mine?

Hello! I am having a problem where the posts of other people that I move are becoming my own for some reason. It has only happened recently.

griffinneon, are you ultimately trying to move a thread, or posts?

If you move posts and create a thread to house the posts you are moving, then it will show you as the thread creator as you technically did create the thread.

If you are moving a thread - from within the thread, make sure you chose the option to move the entire thread rather than all posts. (Or from the thread list view, select the thread by ticking the box and from the Actions menu select Moderate > Move > Entire Thread.)
