Inserting user link not working

"Insert user link" option in reply field isn't working on this theme. Quick user link by using @ & username works, but when you press the "insert user link" in reply field the member list and search field does not show. I've tried everything, but have no idea why it is not working. Help is very much appreciated.

its me ,

1. Go to Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS, Style Sheet tab.
2. Make sure the correct theme is selected in the "Current Theme" box at the top of the page.
3. Then scroll to the bottom of the CSS and on a new line add this code:
.wysiwyg-menu.search-menu {
z-index: 2;
}
4. Click the Save Changes button
