Forum URL: moparsinscale.proboards.com/Hi. Been a while since I've been on the Support Forum. I am an admin of two ProBoards Forums, both dealing with the subject of scale model cars. The forum listed above is saying that the attachment limit has been exceeded. Members are having trouble uploading pictures. The other forum doesn't give me that message, and it is a bigger forum, with many more attachments. What can be done to make the above forum run like the other one? Could it be a Plug In issue? Thanks for any info you can provide.

Thanks for any info you can provide. You can go to Admin > Settings > Manage Attachments to see the attachments and available space. My guess, given your information, is that it's possible the other forum has a subscription that increases the allowed attachment space - thus allowing it to have more attachments that can be done.

Thanks for the reply. I'm the owner of the forum that has more space, and I don't have a subscription for added space. We've never had a problem like this on that forum.

Even if the other forum has many more attachments, they may be much smaller images that are using much less space.

BUCKY, the reason the other forum has not reached the attachment limit is simply because the attachment feature is not being used by the members. They are hosting their images elsewhere and then linking/embedding them into posts. Using an external image host service and then embedding images into posts does not have a limit. Our Help Guide article of External Resources has a list of forum-friendly image hosting services.

Thanks for all the replies, folks. I'll relay this info to the members of the forum and see what they wish to do about this problem.
