Favorite & Least Favorite Video Games

I don't know how many people on here still play video games, but if you do, or had, what are some your favorite/least favorite games you've played?

My number one favorite is the original Monster Rancher for Sony PlayStation. I love that game to bits. Other games I like are also Evil Zone, BattleTanx Global Assault, Resident Evil 1, Final Fantasy X, F.E.A.R., and many others.

My least favorite games are Dark Castle, Sword of Sodan, and Shadow of the Beast 1 & 2.

Play with my DW every night.

Battle Engine and Twisted Metal Black are our favorites, followed closely by Need for speed 2 hot pursuit, and Twisted Metal 2.

All have a 2 player mode, we play against each other.

Most favorite, FF games, all of them. Even remakes, remasters, etc. GTAV, Minecraft, Monster Hunter (Any and all of them)

Least favorite. Idr the names of them, as they're not my favorite, and the names escape my mind. lol

As I help run the forum I have to say Asphalt 8. But it was my favourite pre the Fast Lane Update (FLU) February 2019. After the latest update it's becoming my least fav.

I liked the ability for users to design their own maps/quests like in Track Mania or Elder Scrolls.

And stuff that was unusual like MDK or Giants. The kids and I used to play big LAN weekends on Age of Empires but that was rubbish compared to Empire Earth.

Always been a fan of the Doom engine and it's clones. Doom, Hexen, Heretic etc.

There was an online stickman game called N. That was incredibly good/infuriating.

I have never bothered playing video games on the net, the only game that I play on here every day is Microsoft card games which I have been playing for years and quite enjoy playing them, there is no money involved but just points to play for and rankings to achieve.

Favorites: Paper Mario, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, The Sims 2, Super Mario 64

Least Favorites: None because I wouldn't waste time playing games I don't like.

Least Favorites are easy, so I'll start with that: Fortnite, and pretty much all other games as a service titles.

Favorites: I'm overthinking this, but really too many. For the big "blockbuster" titles, I really enjoyed the original Last of Us, Final Fantasy IX / XV, all of the mainline Grand Theft Autos.

Then on the Indy side I quite enjoyed Inside, Limbo, Nobody Saves the World, and more recently Cult of the Lamb (after they resolved most of the bugs).

I consider Racing games to be my jam, so pretty much any Gran Turismo, any Forza Motorsport / Horizon, the older Need for Speed Underground titles, Dirt Rally 2.0, and Assetto Corsa Competizione.

And then there are multiplayer games I still consider favorites that I will probably never play again, but they hold a place in my heart because of memories with friends and family like Halo 1 & 2, Call of Duty MW2, Burnout Paradise, Fusion Frenzy, World of Warcraft, and Madden NFL 2001 - 2012.

Favourites: Halo: Reach (is it the best in series? Probably not but I got into the series at this point and it has the best memories for me, even though I’ve since played all but Infinite and enjoyed all of them), Skyrim, Pokémon Soul Silver, Pokémon Go, Super Mario World, Tekken series (played 3 and 6 the most).

Least favourite: Super Smash Bros. series (on paper I should love this, but I never got on with it). Can’t think of others because if it’s not my cup of tea, I don’t play it. Smash Bros. is one of those things that I’ve got roped into playing with others in the past though, and just never enjoyed.

I used to play a lot of steam games but just lost interest since it requires sitting at my computer, where I also do homework and my online job. So I found it tiring being there all day long.

I think the mario series as a whole is my favorites. Talking game boy advanced, wii and switch. Mario kart is a classic. Mario galaxy + SMB Wii. Paper mario. I tried luigi's mansion for switch and it overwhelmed me sadly.

I don't play much on my phone. My PC has some titles like planet coaster, tomb raider and even truck simulator lol.

Least favorite games are mobile for me, especially ones that require real payment to progress in the game. There a few quirky games that are amusing but I really need to be in the mood to play most games these days, with all that life has thrown at me.
