Member wants their VPN IP address whitelisted

A member of my forum uses a VPN as they use public wi-fi a ton. They'd like to know if it's possible to get the IP address from their VPN whitelisted so they can access the forum. They are unable to access the forum because of their VPN is blocked. 

Is there anything I can do to whitelist it?

The only reason it would be blacklisted is because it is or was frequently used for malicious activity (not necessarily by your member). Advise them that they can try a different VPN.
