Insert User Link not working for newest members

When creating a post and I want to tag someone by using Insert User Link, even if I paste the entire username in it will not pull up the user. The only way I can tag new users right now is by typing @ and then copy/pasting the user name.

It sounds like you may need a reindex. A PB admin can trigger one for you, should be relatively quickly since it's still within business hours.

The Referee - I am not seeing any issue with the insert user link function on the forum.

It is not necessary to add the @ symbol in the insert user link field.

What happens when you just straight type in the name (display name or username)? If you begin typing even the first character or two, a list should pop up for you to choose from.

No, I don't add the @ symbol in the insert user link field. I add it in the post only, when I have to do it manually. Yes, when I begin typing even the first character or two, a list should pop up for you to choose from. The problem is it is not doing that with the most recent new member who registered about 26  hours ago.
