Changing color of bar

Go to Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS, Visual Editor tab. Then on the page go to Forum > Body (Content) > Action Bars > Background Color. Click the color wheel to the right to select the new color. Make sure to click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
