headings don't show in 'Mobile version' , only in 'Desktop'

Trying to add header or HTML text to top of the page for all non registered users.  Text shows up correctly in 'Desktop' mode but not in 'Mobile version' . What is the best way o formatted HTML at the of each board that show conditionally  for  !$[current_user.is_member]

Hi,

The mobile version won't be able to add this message as mobile view will only reflect some color changes. This will only display on mobile for those who have changed to the desktop view.
