Problem adding to a Group

I have a friend (forum name candy") that I have added to the Admin group.It shows on my view of Groups that she is included, but when she signs in, she has no access to the Upgrade info to see the the Ad-Free info! This is a concern because she has paid $7.99 for February, but the forum is showing ads.

Q.1: Why is she not being included with Admin permissions?
Q.2: When did Ad-Free go up fro $6.00? I fund no mention of that anywhere.
