Is it possible to merge a duplicate account?

One of our forum members has inadvertently created two accounts. Is there any way of merging them? I'm assuming not...   But just curious...

Afraid not, if it's two forum accounts. My advice if they've been active on both is for them to pick the one they want to keep using & then just link to the main account in the signature field of the second account.

If it's two global accounts, they can unlink any accounts on the global account they don't want to use, and relink on the global account they do.

Thanks! It's not that serious as they did just one post on one account - the situation just made me curious. But I like your solution!

I assumed they would be no merge so I've simply given one account a capital letter so it kind of looks like the same person posting - I also up-ed their account with the extra post.
