I have paid twice and my licence isn't showing in the app

HI, my licence never appeared on the app no matter how many times I update it. I thought my first payment didn't go through and tried again and now I've been charged twice. Please can I have a refund for one and my licence activated.

Your license for what? This forum only offers support for ProBoards forums and ProBoards no longer has an app. It was discontinued a few years ago.
