Anybody got any direction on fonts for users? One of my members PM'd me with a concern in regard to his phone.
Here' s the message he sent me:
Is there any way for an individual to change the font in their view of the forums? Inexplicably mine changed to a almost script font which is nearly impossible to read on my phone.
Please advise.
Thanks for any help you guys can be on this, Joe

Thanks for any help you guys can be on this, Joe Unfortunately the answer to this is "no"; HOWEVER, if the font is showing as cursive on the forum's mobile view, that stems from one of three things. Either: a) the theme they're using has the script font as its default; b) the theme they're using has the script font as its default BUT there is something overriding it on the desktop theme so only mobile users see the script font; or c) the theme does not have an alternate font specific, and the theme is using a font not supported by the user's phone's browser. As no URL appears to be provided, I can't tell you which of these is the culprit, but I would recommend checking those areas.

There's cursive in the header pic

mustang1989 - Cursive in the image wouldn't affect the page font, as the writing in the image is no longer text but just pixels in the image. Ask the user which theme they are using. Then have them switch to a different theme and see if they still have the issue with the font.

Is it the Dashboard or Desktop theme in the lower R/H corner of the iphone screen page?

RESOLVED: The guy had it on the desktop setting. He changed it back to the mobile version and "wallah".....everything went back to normal!!
I appreciate you guys help. I couldn't be happier with the way the forum is going as of now. At the beginning of all this we had 3 members in the last 24 hours........THREE!! We are now up to between 26-30 members which may not be as many as you guys are used to seeing on some forums but I'll call that a dang victory from where I'm sitting. Thank you all for being here and helping us all out.
