Hello - I am trying to revive an old forum and I sent out PMs letting members know. However I've been told by a member I contacted via other means that they did not receive a message.
I have looked here on Support Boards and I think the answer may be that the member list needs re-indexing? Thank you in advance.

marcusantonus - If you were able to send the PM's then the member list does not need reindexing. (Re)Indexing only affects searches. What is the username of the member who believes they did not receive the PM from you?
