Forum banning

Hey all.

Just a quick question - we have a couple of members (who we've banned for various reasons) who keep coming back. Thankfully my fellow forum staff are able to spot this quickly and ban them again, but i was wondering if PB offers anything in the way of a stronger ban upon request? Or is IP ban + Global ID the best we can do?

IP / Global ID is sadly the most we can do -- that's just a limitation of the internet.
